Light & Crispy

  • Can Down by the River Can Art

Can Down By The River American Lager: 4.5%

A new American Lager? Well La-Di-Frickin'-Dah! Welcome back CAN DOWN BY THE RIVER, our beloved 4.5% crispy boi. Brewed with a bit of rice and Saaz hops, this is meant to be ultra pale, very clean, lagered to perfection, and highly carbonated. Beyond enjoying its high crushability, you may be moved to appreciate its delicate notes of hay, grass, lime, and floral hops. Brewed for all the motivational speakers out there.

  • Fresh Cologne Kölsch: 4.7%

Mmmm, do you smell that? It's a crisp whiff of FRESH COLOGNE. This Radiant-style Kölsch marks our first re-entry into the Germanic hybrid style in years. Our goal is to transport your senses right into a beer hall with this golden-yellow hued liquid, bursting with malt-forward aromatics like bready biscuits and light honey, rounded out by flavors of slight citrus blossom and apple, with just a hint of salinity between the toastiness. Dry, with strong carbonation, and easy to drink - go on, pour some perfume into your glass.

  • Radiant Beer Co. logo with text 'Light the Flames German-Style Pilsner' on a colorful background

Light The Flames German-style Pilsner: 4.8%

LIGHT THE FLAMES of innovation! We implemented some radiantly-geeky new back-of-house techniques for this German-style Pilsner: a new water-to-grist profile, fermentation profile, and a split base of Euro pilsner malts. And perhaps most excitingly, this pils got 10 full weeks of stainless tank residency, the majority spent lagering at a chilly 29°F! That time allows the beer to continue to clarify and become crisper and cleaner with every sip; as an added bonus, this beer was completely naturally carbonated while lagering, leading to a finer bead and softer mouthfeel. This labor of German-inspired love is a flavor experience that's equal parts malty and hoppy; black pepper, bergamot, and freshly-baked baguetttes bounce over a luscious pils malt backbone, surmising the most subtle notes of Earl Grey and mace. Lively, easy-drinking, and ready to ignite your passion for lagers.

  • Best In Sho Japanese-style Rice Lager: 5.1%

This Japanese-style Rice Lager may just be the BEST IN SHO. We aimed for a beer-flavored beer with a Japanese twist, utilizing Jasmine Rice for an immensely crisp, dry, light-bodied showstopper of a profile that adds subtle floral notes to mild doughy aromas. The only thing left to do is Sho off just how quickly you can knock one out of the park (or your glass!)

  • Luz De Luna Mexican-style Dark Lager: 5.1%

Illuminate the dark with the LUZ DE LUNA. The light of the moon inspired the rebuttal to our first Mexican-style Lager, providing a richer mahogany experience. This Mexican-style Dark Lager remains just as drinkable at a low 5.1% ABV, but trades the more golden essence for a decidedly toastier malt base. This Luz still shines with big aromas of light graham cracker and a touch of corn that open up flavors of warming biscuit and cracker, paired with the soft dim of a chestnut brown pour and a clean fermentation. Drink with us under the Luna.

Flavor Melodies Pale Lager With Earl Grey Tea: 5.5%

Wayfinder is SO RADIANT. Our second of five 5th Anniversary Collab was crafted with our good friend Natalie Baldwin from Portland in the style of an inspired, innovatively-adjuncted Lager you might find in their taproom. We painstakingly embarked on a steeping quest, testing teas across the spectrum before landing on two sumptuous satchels of Earl Grey and Black Tea to swirl with select Saphir hops, hunting for a hint of London Fog. The resulting lager is fun and complex, with a delicate interplay of bergamot and herbaceous notes from both hops and tea, and a subtle pils malt backbone. This is FLAVOR MELODIES.

  • Paloma Aroma: 7.5%

    Smokey Paloma inspired Seltzer

There's a distinct scent to this specialty seltzer treatment which we liken to the...PALOMA AROMA. This Smoky Paloma-inspired Seltzer has all the charm of mezcal without the bite. A shockingly vibrant pink hue serves as a visual appetizer to the ensuing zesty ruby red grapefruit & lime, pleasantly accented with a kiss of smoke and a pinch of salt. It's the smell you can drink!

  • Radiant Red Wine

    Red Wine Sangiovese: 13.0%

  • The Abbey Series: Sanctus Florianus (2026) Witbier with Sage & Citrus: 5.4%

    California Sage and Fresh Citrus

Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael's Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our first entry of 2026, Sanctus Florianus, is a spiritually-crafted 5.4% Witbier, adjuncted with California White Sage & fresh citrus. Reminiscient of a traditional Witbier at its core, but lifted with elements of our shared SoCal home. The result is a beer that pours that familiar hazy yellow but explodes with unexpected swirls of chapparal, sage, pepper, and citrus atop the underlying esters; soft, with bready wheat notes, slight salinity, and still, a final kiss of citrus. Come drink like the monks of new.

Dreams Of Youth Pale Ale: 5.4%

    Mosaic, Citra, Krush Cryo

Our beer memories are filled with fondness for the simpler times, coursing through our DREAMS OF YOUTH. But perhaps with our beer-tinged age comes some beer-soaked experience. Take for example, creating a Pale Ale that pays homage to the old while drawing inspiration from the new. A 5.4% modern day memory which incorporates Mosaic and Citra with sprinkles of Krush Cryo. It pours a reminiscent golden yellow hue but bursts with aromas of tropical fruit and tangelo whilst still emanating those familiar scents of pineapple. It's dry, well carbonated, and slightly bitter, but also hosts notes of passionfruit and lime zest to contrast the light touches of malt. Come embrace the newness of old.
